I decided to Go through Maggie's toys and decide what needed to go to GoodWill and what could stay, Maggie thought she would help me while I finished dinner, by dumping them all out on her floor so I could "see them better" it looked like ToysRus threw up in her room! SERIOUSLY!!!Here are some pictures of the Fair! I just found my camera... sorry for the delay! cute cousins ;-)

Cute Maggie Story

Maggie told me this morning that I wasn’t married and I agreed with her and then she said Cara isn’t married either, and instead of correcting her and trying to make her understand processes that most adults can't understand, I agreed to that as well.

then she said "you all will never get married again, there are no more husbands left"

I say, " sure there are"

she says, " no they are all married , unless God makes you one." Is he making you one?

I said he absolutely is, and he’s gonna be a good one, that’s why God’s taking so long to make him! ;- )

Then she asked "if you get married with a new husband do I still get to sit in the big recliner when he's a work?"

I just laughed and said, sweetie this new husband is going to be so great, he might even let you sit with him in the big recliner!

Then I dropped her off at the sitters, wonder what she's telling them about today?!?!?!?! ;-)

I'm a work'n woman, give me a break! ;-)

I know it's been a long time since I blogged, but I've been CrAzY busy with swim lessons, dinners, work, gala's you know the normal single mom stuff! ;-) This past Saturday the girls (Lauren, Maggie ,and Hailey) has their very first wim lesson, as Heather and i teared up Cara GAGED!!!!!! it was so sweet to watch them learn and listen to their teachers! We've all got such great girls!

Maggie swimming to her teacher, she needed a lot of help, she's not quite a swimmer yet~
The Teacher asked her to swim to her and Maggie got in the pool and just floated, in amazment, so needless to say they put her in the not so experienced group! ;-) they strapped a floatey back pack on each kids back, so that they would stay above water.

Lauren did better than Maggie, but still needed a little help, she was so super excited and every time she would do something new, she scream, "look Jessie"..
Hailey on the other hand, did not need assistance, this child was born to swim, she even jumped in BY HERSELF at the end of the lesson! ;-)

Then there was the Tuesday night Gala! It was so much fun! I really had a blast.. here are some pictures for you to enjoy!

The house of PAIN!!!!

Tonight we went to Cara's house to eat pizza and watch a movie.. the pizza was great and the movie was ridiculously sad... at least the parts that I got to watch..

Recap of the night...

Cara made a gallon of sweet tea, Lauren asked if it was ready she said yes, but wait, I will make you some, before we knew it Lauren had spilled most of it on herself ,the counter and the floor, Lauren started to cry saying, "it's all my fault, it's all my fault"

So we laughed and said we'll clean it up, don't worry!

Cara jumps up to clean the tea up and slips and CRASHES to the floor, but not before splashing sweet tea on the ceiling, the wall, and the stove! I rush in to check on her and she's laying in the floor cracking up saying, 'help me, help me... i can't get up!" While she was cracking up in a pool of Sweet tea, she peed her pants..... poor girl! The funniest thing was that she didn't hurt the cigarette in her hand, and continued ashing in what was left of the sweet tea.

After about 3 solid minutes of us hysterically laughing, Cara makes her way to her feet... I get towels and we clean up the mess, laughing about it the entire time.

We're laughing, but Cara's pretty banged up , she thinks she may have broken her wrist and she fell on a Amish Rocker stool... on her patootie, so that hurts too! ;-)

Finally that situation is under control so we continue to watch our movie, UNTIL ........... Landon comes in the living room riding side saddle on his 4wheeler... and heads right for the stairs, it was like slow motion cara says, Landon, no, No landon.....NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Then..................

He, the 4-wheeler, and Cara all go rolling down the stairs, I ran over to check on them and she was holding him at the bottom of the stairs hysterically laughing and crying...kinda scary like a demon....(Think of Cara the day I testified)

I carried Landon to the top of the stairs while she gathered herself and the 4 wheeler!
That situation gets under control, she tells me the night before, Landon put a whole roll of TP in the toilet, and got up in the middle of the night and opened the fridge, where it stayed open all night. She woke up to warm food, spoiled milk, and a chilly kitchen. The fridge incident happened only mere hours after Landon ransacked Cara's makeup bag writing all over his face with black liquid eyeliner and blue eye shadow.

Now the kids are in the tub and Landon is pouring cups of water out onto the floor! Lauren is screaming crying because Landon hit her in the head with a bath toy. The only solution was to put Maggie between them. Now, the bath won't be complete until someone ends up with a black eye...ahhh.... the life of single mom's! I love it! ;-)

Anybody know of a "Few Good Men" that could handle this circus of a life day in and day out?

This weekend in picturres!

This weekend was GREAT!!!! We kept busy and had lots of fun! Friday night, us girls all hung out at Cara's and gave ourselves pedicures and watched movies! FUN FUN!!! at least I thought it was fun! ;-)

Saturday, we went to SuLayne and Tony's to watch Fireworks... we had a blast, I really enjoy hanging out with my church family, they are the best!

Rachel and Marcey- One time Rachel was coming ovet o help[ me with Spanish and Cara and i got into a HUGE fight, long story short, she tried to put me in the crisper drawer in her frige and I broke her thumb! But I learned how to say Cara is a brat in spanish that night! ;-)

Cara brought a couple of albums of old pictures of everyone to show, it was funny to see how much we all have changed in the last 15 years... It hit me this weekend, that I am getting old, I will be 25 this August... Shew! the kiddos lined up to watch the fireworks.... so cute!The Joshua Spencer's, they are such a cute family.Especially that Beth, gorgeous! oh did I tell you that people say we look alike! huh... who would have thought! ;-) Karen and Rachel
The kids stayed busy playing on the swing set, I think Rhett was climbing up the slide to help Maggie..... Isabella may have some compitetion, Maggie thinks he is cuu-uu-tte
Then Sunday after church we went to the River bats game. I love Lauren's expression in this picture!
After the 1st inning, I was ready to LEAVE it was 100 billion degrees and there was NO shade! Maybe that's why I am such a big football fan, it's cold when they play and i can drink hot chocolate.Anyways..... after we watch the horribly HOT 1st inning of the River Bats,we let the girls ride on the merri-go-round!

Then about 9 p.m. AFTER we had already eaten dinner, we got an invite to come up to Charlestown Pizza Company! It was fun too! Cindy and Karen... pretty ladies! I'm not quite sure what Christina was doing, but everyone was laughing, I always miss Everything! ;(

Happy 4th of July!

Today was GREAT.... we all went to my dad's for the fourth and ate lots of food and played all day. It was fun to have everyone together and to just relax and enjoy ourselves...

The best part of the whole day, was the slip and slide that Meme bought for the kids, thanks to Aunt Jessie and J.R. putting it together, they played all afternoon!
